1 Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for Keze, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Keze is a B2B software tool designed for agencies and freelancers to securely request credentials.

2 Your Responsibilities & Security

You are entirely responsible for keeping your Keze account login secure.

Because Keze uses Zero-Knowledge encryption, we cannot recover your clients' passwords if you lose your master access.

3 Acceptable Use (No Bad Actors)

Keze is a tool for legitimate business operations. You agree not to use Keze for phishing, scamming, malware distribution, or any illegal activity.

If we suspect your account is being used to deceive people or steal credentials maliciously, we will terminate your account instantly without a refund and report the activity.

4 Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Keze is a monthly subscription service billed via Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Because we offer a low-cost, flat-rate monthly service, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of use.

5 "As Is" Service & Uptime

We work hard to keep Keze fast, secure, and online 24/7. However, Keze is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from bugs or uninterrupted.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Keze (and its founder) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

In any event, Keze's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
